Goods once used are <strong>not eligible for return<\/strong>\u00a0but may be exchanged depending on circumstances.<br \/><br \/><strong>As stated in the terms and conditions, no warranties of any kind are being offered, exchange is purely merit based and is determined by the shop owner.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Additional non-returnable items:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Knuckle Dusters<\/li>\r\n<li>Used Tasers<\/li>\r\n<li>Any clothing item that has been used<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\r\n<p>Please do not send your purchase back to the courier, instead contact us via whatsapp or email.<\/p>\r\n<p>There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted as per case.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\r\n<p>Refunds will only be offered if product arrives at the destination damaged and if their replacement is not possible. Please refer to the returns section for the procedure.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\r\n<p>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. You will be asked to submit a\u00a0<strong>valid bank account<\/strong>, please note that it can take up to\u00a0<strong>48 hours<\/strong>\u00a0for payments to clear.<\/p>\r\n<p><b>Late or missing refunds<\/b>:<\/p>\r\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\r\n<p>Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\r\n<p>If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at\u00a0sales@gerbergear.pk.<\/p>\r\n<p><b>Sale items<\/b><\/p>\r\n<p>Only\u00a0<strong>regular<\/strong>\u00a0priced items may be refunded.
